Senior Manager, Actuarial Reporting

Senior Manager responsible for leading Embedded Value (EV) and Free Surplus Generation (FSG) reporting, overseeing end-to-end reporting cycles, and delivering high-quality financial insights. Focus areas include EV/FSG methodology, assumptions, movement analysis, variance investigations, governance and controls, process improvements and automation, stakeholder engagement with Group Finance/Actuarial, local CFO/CA office and external auditors, and development of a high-performing team with succession planning. The role entails strategic roadmap definitions, resource planning, and driving transformation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of actuarial reporting, while communicating results and business insights to senior management.
