Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable

Lead the full accounts receivable lifecycle, overseeing credit administration, collections, customer deductions and disputes, cash application, reporting, and month-end close activities. Manage a high-performing team while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Logistics, IT, and Finance to resolve complex customer issues and drive process enhancements. Mitigate financial risk, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting in support of cash flow objectives. This role requires 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations, with 5+ years leading teams. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is helpful. The position offers a hybrid schedule with a 9/80 work option, quarterly and holiday bonuses, and a 401(k) match.
