Job Summary
Lead the global Accounts Receivable function across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, overseeing invoicing, cash application, credit evaluation, and AR close processes for over $7B in annual receivables. Drive automation initiatives (including AI-enabled solutions), ensure compliance with policies and audit standards, and develop a high-performing AR team. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues, optimize cash flow, and improve the customer experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and 10+ years of AR leadership in a multinational environment; proficiency with SAP and Salesforce; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, including leadership roles in a multinational environment
- Proven track record managing large-scale AR portfolios (multi-billion USD)
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce (or comparable ERP/CRM systems)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
