Job Summary
Senior Manager, Accounts Payable overseeing global AP operations with a global team of 32 across USA, Europe, India and Asia; manage end-to-end AP processes (invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor reconciliations, month-end close); drive AP strategy, automation, efficiency, and internal controls; partner with Finance leadership; lead and mentor a globally distributed AP team; collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Treasury to drive process alignment and transformation; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; support audits and provide documentation and explanations for AP processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CA, CIMA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing accounts payable operations or related areas in complex/global organizations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Experience establishing internal controls, compliance frameworks, and process improvements
