Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance

Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance rotation sought by a top-tier investment management firm. The role features a two-year rotational program within the Finance Organization, with six-month rotations across Fund Accounting, Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, and potential exposure to Tax and Treasury, Trade Support, Corporate Actions, Shared Services, Expense Management & Analysis, and Finance Operations. Participants rotate through four distinct assignments over two years, with the option to remain in the rotation program or move into permanent roles in target departments. Core responsibilities include preparing financial reports for funds/partnerships and clients, performance metric analysis, coordinating with auditors, custodians, prime brokers, and fund administrators; analyzing historical performance drivers, budgeting and materials for external parties in Corporate Finance; preparing monthly/quarterly/annual calculations and analyses in Corporate Accounting, supporting audits, and executing key internal control processes. Additional ad hoc projects may be assigned.
