Job Summary
Oversee daily functions of the India region Managed Services team, including local leadership, people management, and delivery excellence. Engage with business leaders globally to build the team's culture and drive global integration and standardization through policy adoption and cross-training. Work with regional and global leadership to manage resources and optimize solutions for performance and cost reduction. Represent the India team on unique challenges within the broader Managed Services structure. This role reports to the Senior Director of Support in India with dotted lines to practice leaders in NA, EMEA, and APAC.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years plus years' experience within a Business Management or related field
- 5+ years' experience managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Hybrid working arrangements (2/3 days in the office)
