Job Summary
Senior Manager of Account Management to own the relationship, contractual, and commercial health of one or more key US-based clients. Serve as the primary commercial and executive point of contact, manage contract negotiations across master agreements, schedules, statements of work, and amendments with Legal, own key terms including pricing, SLAs, scope, and renewal mechanics, and ensure delivered work is contracted, invoiced, and revenue-recognized on time. Drive commercial management including pricing strategy, margin, ARR growth, and opportunities for expansion and net-new business. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engagement Leaders, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to align commercial commitments with delivery outcomes, run governance forums (QBRs, executive reviews), and escalate risks with actionable mitigation. Requires 8-12 years in enterprise B2B technology/payments context, proven contract negotiations, strong executive communication, and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. The role sits within the Account Management organization and reports to the VP of Account Management, targeting durable executive relationships, a clean contractual posture, and predictable ARR growth.
