Job Summary

Senior Manager, Account Management leading a team of Account Managers to drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term value realization. Own segment-level renewal health and risk mitigation, align with Sales and CAM leadership, coach future leaders, and drive cross-functional resource prioritization (CAM, EMS, PS, Exec Outreach) to maximize impact. Collaborates with Professional Services, EMS, Support, Product, and CAM teams to support customer satisfaction, track expansion targets, renewal risk, and engagement, and deliver executive-ready updates. Hybrid role based in London with at least two days in the London office; travel may be required for customer events. Focus areas include coaching, performance feedback, succession planning, and strategic alignment to improve renewal rates and growth opportunities, while maintaining a company-first mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team of 5+ Account Managers or Sales Reps in a Manager capacity for more than 2 years
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence beyond direct reports and lead through ambiguity
  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
