Job Summary
Senior Manager ABM & Campaigns to build and scale account-based programs driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue. Role requires strategic ABM leadership, campaign architecture, experimentation mindset, GTM engineering fluency, and strong content/ messaging skills. You’ll shape compelling campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, content, SDR activation, and sales plays; use AI to improve targeting, personalization, and performance; collaborate with Sales; and continuously optimize messaging, audiences, channels, and follow-up motions. Requires hands-on use of AI tools, building lightweight automations, and optimizing GTM processes; 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/AI/data/cybersecurity or enterprise software is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience across ABM, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing
- strong grasp of B2B buying committees, account segmentation, and pipeline creation
- experience shaping narratives and messaging that resonates with buyers
- hands-on with modern GTM tools; intent data, enrichment, sales engagement, analytics, automation
- comfortable building agents, no-code workflows, and signal-based selling motions
- data-driven, collaborative, and clear in communication of impact
