Job Summary
Senior-level Head of Agency/Director role within the Singapore Public Service (NCSS Sun Ray scheme). Lead corporate services across governance, planning, budgeting, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement; oversee strategy formulation, annual budgets, policy implementation, and performance development for staff. Drive corporate functions including Finance, HR, IT, Communications, Fundraising, and Partnership & Engagement; represent the organisation at external events and foster collaborations with external agencies. Requires extensive senior leadership experience, strategic planning, governance, and capability development within social services ecosystems, with experience working with boards, government agencies, and community partners.
