Senior Management Consultants with Organisational Agility Expertise

Job Summary
Design and implement innovative solutions for clients across sectors, collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams to drive business transformation and process improvement. Contribute to designing new ways of working alongside clients while developing PA's internal Agile capability through knowledge sharing and innovation. Deliver high-quality work supported by a manager and buddy from day one, with access to training and certifications to acquire new knowledge. This role requires at least five years of experience in management consulting, exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a passion for agile methodologies, lean portfolio management, and sustainable organizational change.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience within management consulting, internal consulting roles, or similar positions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent writing skills as well as presentation skills
- A strong interest in and passion for business transformation, process improvement, or agile ways of working
- A desire to develop PA's internal Agile capability, alongside delivering high-quality work with our clients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with one or more of the below: Working in or supporting agile teams
- Experience with product management, for example as product owner responsible for managing a product end-to-end and/or experience with supporting an organisation move from a project to a product-focused approach, introducing design thinking practices into teams etc
- An understanding of lean portfolio management (LPM), incl. hands-on experience implementing different portfolio management practices like prioritisation, capacity management, OKRs, funding etc
- Experience deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours and mindsets across organisational levels
