Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive studies of organizational structures, business processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and design improved future-state models. Lead Business Process Re-engineering efforts, develop Standard Operating Procedures, and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure operational effectiveness. Provide data-driven analysis and expert advice to support strategic planning sessions, resource allocation decisions, and policy development. Act as a key liaison between departments and senior leadership to facilitate communication, build consensus, and guide change management efforts. Requires seven years of progressive experience in management analysis with at least three years in a DoD or Federal environment, plus a DoW Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in management analysis, business process improvement, or management consulting
- At least three (3) years of this experience must be in a DoD, Federal, or similar government environment
- Must be able to acquire and maintain DoW Security Clearance
- Expert proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications are highly desired and may include: Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
