Job Summary
Senior Management Analyst will plan, execute, and monitor critical change projects to align with organizational goals and drive operational excellence. The role leads process-improvement initiatives, partners with cross-functional teams to coordinate change efforts, develops and executes communications strategies for stakeholders, builds strong stakeholder buy-in, engages team members to understand challenges, establishes KPIs to evaluate initiative success, and provides guidance to employees during transitions. Key skills include data analysis and reporting, stakeholder engagement, change management, and strong communication, with domestic travel up to 75% in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to 75% domestic travel, primarily Monday and Thursday
