Senior Managed Services Analyst

Develop detailed technology services through managed services projects, identifying product opportunities and making decisions within general parameters. Support problem identification, system architecture definition, and solution deployment while resolving service requests via the incident management tool. Coordinate request routing, escalate product support issues, and provide client feedback to drive product and process improvements. Manage project activities including interaction with managers and cost/schedule monitoring. Focus on quality in all aspects of work following established standards of excellence.
