Job Summary
Drive sales by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets at assigned store locations in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor while executing successful events and product launches. Present merchandise through professional makeup services, including consultations and applications, and foster long-term customer relationships via personalized service. Monitor inventory levels, maintain sanitized work areas, and ensure stores adhere to global merchandising guidelines and visual display standards. Act as a brand ambassador, liaising between Hourglass Cosmetics and Sephora store staff to align on brand goals and support retail partners. Deliver exceptional makeup artistry during daily briefings to educate teams on new product launches and reinforce core products. Partner with store management to analyze sales grid achievement and plan efficient in-store visits to maximize revenue and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Retail Management or Counter Manager experience in Beauty industry
- Experience working within SEPHORA
- Excellent makeup artistry skills
- Effective goal setting, planning, communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills
- Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Exhibit effective communication skills with customers, peers and management
- Knowledgeable in working with Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- Ability to travel and work weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods during store operating hours
