Job Summary
The Senior Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes, including routine inspections for needed repairs, coordinating repair arrangements, providing lawn care and snow removal, and ensuring seasonal maintenance is performed. The role includes maintaining program vehicles, arranging outside maintenance, and completing all associated documentation. Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and must satisfy background check requirements.
