Job Summary
Maintain a safe working environment and monitor building facilities for 100% operation, executing preventive procedures. Perform general repair and maintenance on company building interiors and exteriors, including drywall, paint, coatings, HVAC, appliance repair, and plumbing. Diagnose and fix food and beverage equipment such as refrigeration units, propane appliances, and electrical ovens. Use tools like electrical testers, amp probes, and pneumatic tools to complete tasks. Purchase parts as needed per policy. Maintain valid driver's license and meet company insurability standards. Requires three years of general building repair experience and high school diploma. Base hourly pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 in Steamboat Springs, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet company driver insurability standards
- Must possess knowledge concepts of materials, equipment, and tools characteristic to facilities maintenance
- Three (3) years actual experience with general building repair and maintenance
- Must follow instructions to perform tasks as delegated by the supervisor
- Must be a minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Desired Qualifications
- Electrical experience preferred
- Some knowledge of residential/commercial kitchen and bathroom appliances/fixtures repair and installation preferred
- Some experience with suppression systems, alarm systems, heating and ventilating systems, circulating pumps and compressors, preferred
- Knowledge of food & beverage equipment, refrigeration maintenance and repair and plumbing, preferred
