Job Summary
Serve as the sole on-site maintenance professional for all production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities while performing hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Respond promptly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate ISO 9001-related records. Coordinate outside contractors for necessary repairs and assist with capital improvement projects. This full-time role in Whippany, NJ, requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, and proficiency in PLC troubleshooting within pharma-regulated environments. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, pharma-regulated/GMP environments, HVAC, and building maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
