Senior Maintenance Technician IV responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, performing advanced repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Collaborates with engineering and operations, supports continuous improvement, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, develops preventive maintenance schedules, and mentors junior staff while leading maintenance activities across United States locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites within the United States as needed
