Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Technician needed for MG Properties in the San Diego college area. Responsible for maintenance across apartment communities including cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing service requests; appliance repairs; painting; apartment turnovers; handling emergency calls; and more. Requires experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.), strong customer service, teamwork, and reliable transportation. On-site role at properties in San Diego; on-call rotation; approval for potential audio recordings during performance of duties. Compensation is $26-$29/hour DOE with bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits. Equal opportunity employer; background checks and drug screening may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
