Job Summary
Complete maintenance work orders and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation while coordinating with vendors and property management teams. Help train and mentor new technicians and deliver outstanding service to residents. You must hold a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, and possess 5+ years of maintenance experience. Earn $25–$30/hour with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm scheduling and on-call bonus pay. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders
- Able to work independently and perform the physical demands of the position
