Job Summary
Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure operational integrity. Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns promptly, replace defective parts, and execute repairs using hand tools and precision instruments. Implement preventive maintenance schedules, conduct lubrication and adjustments, and calibrate equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance. Address plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and building infrastructure repairs while adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulations. Maintain detailed records of activities, generate reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruption. Respond to emergency maintenance situations and provide guidance on equipment operation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A valid driver's license
- Minimum of three years' experience in general maintenance
- Reliability is a must
- The position also requires a high level of scheduling flexibility and will occasionally include evening, weekend, and holiday work hours
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of vocational training programs or technical certifications in areas such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or related fields is highly preferred
- Green Flower or Ganjier certificate preferred
