Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall and appliances; supervise outside contractors, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, maintain inventory and pool/amenity areas; schedule and document preventative maintenance and inspections; ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations; respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally; strong diagnostic and repair skills; ability to read/write English; organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team; on-call for after-hours emergencies and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred
- Associates hired without a CPO license will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Experience in supervising contractors preferred but not required
