Job Summary
Support all Exposure manufacturing lines by adjusting, repairing, replacing, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Execute systematic troubleshooting for mechanical, plumbing, and light electrical systems, including motors, solenoids, sensors, and wiring. Perform plumbing repairs using PVC, CPVC, and steel materials, and manage valve, pump, and clutch troubleshooting. Organize spare parts inventory, conduct setups and alignments, and document all work performed with equipment locations and parts used. Collaborate with production, engineering, and vendors while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements. Rotate 12-hour day shifts at the Attleboro, MA site within the Medical Business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Mechanically inclined with advanced technical precision
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- At least 8 years' experience in skilled trades (Machine Maintenance & Facility Maintenance)
- Self-motivation to follow through on daily assignments
- Strong analytical, fault-finding, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand all manufacturing related component blueprints
- Proficient in measurement equipment
- The ability to run highly complex precise equipment
- High level of professionalism
- Rotating 12 hour day shift
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling and working in an environment with hazardous chemicals such as sulfuric acids, ferric and cupric chlorides, and chlorine
- Experience with chemical etchant equipment
- Hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to use Machine Shop equipment
- Machine validation experience
- Clean room gowning and etiquette
