Job Summary
Conduct all trades maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and A/C repairs for apartment communities in East Portland, OR. Complete maintenance service requests, cleaning grounds and common areas, appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers. Respond to emergency calls and manage turnovers while maintaining a customer service focus. This role requires at least two years of apartment maintenance experience on 200-unit properties, reliable transportation, and availability for an on-call rotation. Monthly bonuses and profit sharing are included.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
