Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of building systems and equipment across commercial properties; perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and fire life-safety systems; install/modify equipment; replace/repair building finishes; troubleshoot and recommend upgrades for maintenance operations; operate building automation systems and use basic computer tools; respond to emergencies and service requests; ensure compliance with codes and company directives; may perform carpentry and painting; may require overtime or shift work; requires 2+ years of related experience and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting
- Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
- High School Diploma or GED
