Job Summary
Lead troubleshooting, adjust control systems, and ensure daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems. Maintain physical assets per management direction with advanced skills, respond to deficiencies from preventative inspections, and collaborate on the Preventative Maintenance Program. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to all requests within 24 hours and providing timely follow-up with residents, vendors, and property management. Adhere to building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws while working weekends, evenings, and on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician
- preferably in the Residential Property Management industry

- working effectively in both relaxed or more formal workplaces
- Requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly through pushing, pulling and climbing activities
- Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to after hour's emergency maintenance
- including nights and weekends on a rotational basis
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs

Desired Qualifications
- HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Appliance Repair expertise
