Job Summary
Lead troubleshooting and adjustments for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems to ensure daily property functionality. Respond to deficiencies from preventative maintenance inspections within 24 hours and collaborate with technicians on the Preventative Maintenance Program. Deliver excellent customer service by following up with residents, vendors, and management while adhering to all building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws. Work weekends, evenings, and on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician
- preferably in the Residential Property Management industry

- working effectively in both relaxed or more formal workplaces
- Requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly through pushing, pulling and climbing activities
- Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to after hour's emergency maintenance
- including nights and weekends on a rotational basis
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs

Desired Qualifications
- HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Appliance Repair expertise
