Senior Maintenance Technician-automation responsible for the preventive and reactive maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities. Key duties include designing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, planning maintenance strategies, managing spare parts and contractor work, ensuring safety and compliance, and coordinating a maintenance team to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Strong technical knowledge of automation, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with problem-solving, quick decision-making under pressure, and effective communication.
