Job Summary
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems for residential units and common areas. Complete service requests accurately, respond to emergency issues, and participate in on-call rotations. Conduct scheduled PM inspections to identify equipment failures and safety concerns, documenting findings in the designated maintenance management system. Serve as a technical lead by mentoring team members, providing on-the-job training, and reviewing completed work for quality control. Ensure all operations comply with life-safety standards, building codes, and company policies while reporting hazardous conditions immediately. Earn $27-$29/hour based on experience and certifications. EPA Universal Certification required; CAMT preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, access mechanical spaces, and work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as required
