Senior Maintenance Technician- 10 West

Senior Maintenance Technician at 10 West Apartments is responsible for maintaining the community’s physical integrity and providing a safe, secure living environment. Duties include addressing resident service and maintenance requests, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and onsite staff, ensuring market-ready vacancies are kept clean, maintaining the property, communicating status of service requests to residents and staff, keeping preventive maintenance records, changing locks/keys, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, swimming pools, landscaping, and cleaning; must furnish own tools and have transportation to obtain replacement parts. Certifications required: CPO and EPA; CAMT preferred (willing to obtain if requested). Must adhere to OSHA guidelines, travel to vendors as needed, and pass drug and background screenings. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work 40+ hours with possible evenings, weekends, and on-call. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Fair Housing certification required prior to interaction with prospects/residents.
