Job Summary
Assists in educating, training, and standardizing the PM system for accuracy and efficiency. Maintains hospital facilities, performing skilled maintenance on various systems including mechanical and electrical equipment. Requires detailed knowledge of operating, calibrating, repairing, and troubleshooting systems, blueprints, and safety codes. Responsible for emergency repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, and purchasing necessary parts. Must demonstrate good communication skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and operate Children's vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in trades such as electricity, plumbing, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, carpentry, painting, and locksmith
- Valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record
