Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Repairperson responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems. Oversees work groups as directed by the Property Manager; responds to maintenance requests; maintains safety, housekeeping, and compliance with policies; requires willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying weather conditions; must have strong knowledge of electrical circuitry, plumbing, carpentry, air handlers/controls, and be able to read gauges and maintain reports; HS diploma or GED and English proficiency are required; valid driver's license and ability to use personal hand tools are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a maintenance repair person
- Extensive knowledge of building construction and maintenance trades
- Proof of high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to communicate in English
