Senior Maintenance Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Lead maintenance practices across the Aurora, CO facility to ensure equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability while controlling labor and expense budgets. Execute capital plans, small infrastructure projects, and autonomous maintenance standards to reduce unplanned downtimes and eliminate specific losses around equipment deterioration. Coach and empower a 35+ employee team to drive out losses, manage predictive maintenance tools, and implement safety maps and defect handling protocols. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and plant leadership to deliver productivity goals, ensure FSQI, HACCP, and GMP compliance, and utilize data analysis to direct resources toward top losses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related technical field, or equivalent Management Experience in Maintenance or Reliability field
- 10+ years of leadership in a technical manufacturing environment, including manual to automated operations
- 5+ years of experience with CMMS systems
- 7 + years of technical manufacturing leadership of teams of at least 3 to 8 individuals with a total department of 35+ employees
- Experience leading TPM implementation and/or AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventative Maintenance) implementations
- General knowledge of USDA, SQF, BRC, GMP, and HACCP, sanitation, quality, and safety programs
Desired Qualifications
- CMRP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in food/bakery manufacturing
- Black/Green belt in Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools
