Senior Maintenance Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Lead maintenance practices across the Aurora, CO facility to ensure equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability while controlling labor and expense budgets. Execute capital plans, small infrastructure projects, and TPM implementations to eliminate deterioration losses and reduce unplanned downtimes. Coach the workforce on safety maps, centerlines, and defect handling to support autonomous maintenance standards, while partnering with Engineering and Quality teams to deliver RAMS, FSQI, and HACCP compliance. Utilize data analysis to direct resources toward top losses and drive cultural change in safety and food quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related technical field, or equivalent Management Experience in Maintenance or Reliability field
- 10+ years of leadership in a technical manufacturing environment, including manual to automated operations
- 5+ years of experience with CMMS systems
- 7 + years of technical manufacturing leadership of teams of at least 3 to 8 individuals with a total department of 35+ employees
- Experience leading TPM implementation and/or AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventative Maintenance) implementations
- General knowledge of USDA, SQF, BRC, GMP, and HACCP, sanitation, quality, and safety programs
Desired Qualifications
- CMRP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in food/bakery manufacturing
- Black/Green belt in Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools
