Senior Maintenance Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Lead maintenance practices across the Aurora, CO facility to ensure equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability, focusing on overall deterioration losses. Manage the Maintenance Department SWP Board, coach leading and lagging KPIs, and control maintenance labor and expense budgets. Execute capital plans, small infrastructure projects, and autonomous maintenance standard work practices including safety maps and defect handling. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and plant leadership to implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance tools, ensuring FSQI, HACCP, GMP, and CAPA compliance. Utilize data analysis to identify key losses and direct limited resources, while identifying and developing talent to build bench strength within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related technical field, or equivalent Management Experience in Maintenance or Reliability field
- 10+ years of leadership in a technical manufacturing environment, including manual to automated operations
- 5+ years of experience with CMMS systems
- 7 + years of technical manufacturing leadership of teams of at least 3 to 8 individuals with a total department of 35+ employees
- Experience leading TPM implementation and/or AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Preventative Maintenance) implementations
- General knowledge of USDA, SQF, BRC, GMP, and HACCP, sanitation, quality, and safety programs
Desired Qualifications
- CMRP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in food/bakery manufacturing
- Black/Green belt in Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools
