Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Electronics/Electrical Technician responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of electrical and high technology systems in town buildings; supervisory duties; read and interpret detailed plans, schematics, ladder logic, drawings and specifications; design and prepare cost estimates and bills of material for routine repair and special projects; coordinate and work with all other building trades; supervise work crews and instruct them in the proper handling and efficient use of tools and materials; maintain accurate and detailed records and prepare routine reports; manage work orders and reports using a computer tablet in the field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with associate degree in electronics and/or electrical trade
- over seven years' experience as a reliable, full time technician/electrician, including two years in an industrial setting
- Massachusetts Class D driver's license
- Journeyman's Electricians License
