Job Summary
Senior Maintenance and Integration Manager to oversee aircraft modification, integration, and maintenance operations for two highly modified Global Express aircraft, ensuring compliance with DCMA 8210, Navy policies, FAA requirements, and company procedures. The role evolves from program-management support during modification to leading maintenance management across locations, coordinating with engineering and design teams, providing hands-on oversight during mission system installation, and traveling to CONUS/OCONUS sites. Requires experience in large-cabin aircraft, mission-system integration, and strong leadership in maintenance programs, with travel and security clearance eligibility. The position operates in hangar and field environments with extended travel, and includes remote-work capability during the operational phase.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification (required)
- 8-12 plus years of aircraft maintenance experience with large-cabin aircraft (Global Express or similar)
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting aircraft modification programs with mission systems integration
- Strong knowledge of DCMA 8210 and Navy regulations related to COCO aircraft
- Experience on highly modified aircraft including ISR or missionized platforms
- Proven ability to coordinate across maintenance, engineering and program management teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
- Understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance documentation, and airworthiness requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel, including international destinations
