Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations as a Senior Machinist by performing complex CNC machining tasks, setting up machines, selecting tooling, and optimizing machining processes to produce high-precision components. Ensure compliance with API standards and Premium Connections specifications while reviewing engineering drawings and advising on production methods. Mentor and train junior machinists, monitor machine performance, and coordinate maintenance. Maintain production records and promote health, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in CNC machining and manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent)
- Proven experience machining API standards and Premium Connections
- Proven ability to mentor or train junior staff
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specification
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality standards, measurement techniques, and inspection methods
- IT literacy (CNC software, MS Office, or workshop management systems)
