Job Summary
Operate industrial brushes by reading blueprints, starting machines, adjusting setups, and performing changeovers. Execute light maintenance, load heavy gauge wire rolls, and conduct quality checks while keeping the work area organized. Identify machine issues and safety problems to relay to the supervisor, maintaining balance across multiple projects. Work Monday through Thursday from 4:20 pm to 2:50 am in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient production and accountability for issued tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years machine manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of production procedures
- Problem-solving and mechanical inclined skills
