Job Summary
Senior-level maintenance lead for CNC machining equipment in a defense-driven manufacturing setting, responsible for advanced maintenance, troubleshooting across electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems, preventative/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and mentorship of junior technicians at Beehive Industries' Cincinnati, OH facility; requires high school diploma or equivalent, formal trade training, 5+ years in industrial maintenance, CNC experience with multiple brands, and ability to obtain security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal trained in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or related skilled trade program
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with CNC equipment (DMG Mori, Makino, Haas, Okuma, Mazak)
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, ladder logic, and manuals
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to operate forklifts and lifting equipment
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
