Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on NLP and Large Language Models to design, prototype, deploy, and maintain applied ML solutions for digital mental health tools. Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and software engineers to integrate ML models and data pipelines for real-world use, ensure data quality and privacy compliance, and contribute across research projects within DAIR and related teams. Requires expertise in NLP/LLMs, high-performance data analyses, and production-oriented ML systems, with hands-on experience in Python/R, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NLP toolchains (SpaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK).
