Job Summary
Lead design, development, and deployment of ML models across structured and unstructured data for enterprise SaaS products. Architect AI components within the existing SaaS stack to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure deployments. Design data pipelines and storage solutions, optimize AI algorithms for speed and resource efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Drive end-to-end AI architecture from data pipeline to LLM integration and application integration, while partnering with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure solutions are usable and measurable by end users and customers. Requires 5+ years of experience in ML, data science, or NLP, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. Beneficial experience enriching SaaS products with AI/ML, and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or natural language processing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks
- 5+ years of experience leading technical initiatives in ML/AI
- Ability to design and deploy ML models for SaaS products
- Experience designing data pipelines with security and privacy considerations
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
