Job Summary
Develop and enhance software digital twins using C++ and Python on Windows and Linux platforms to model advanced threat systems, radar platforms, and missile seekers. Create high-fidelity propagation effects and tracking filters for radar and electronic warfare systems, while developing algorithms for sensor, missile, and C4 applications. Define requirements and design solutions for modeling and simulation software, then plan and execute automated unit and system-of-systems tests. Collaborate with technical teams to create software models meeting customer goals and mentor junior developers within an agile environment. This role supports the Federal Solutions team, delivering defense and intelligence solutions to US government customers.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- active Secret clearance
- willing and able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 12+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
- Experience developing products with regular release cycles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to collaborate with technical teams and classified customers
- Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps environments
