Senior M/E Engineer

Job Summary
Senior M/E Engineer responsible for mechanical, electrical and field construction activities with overall management direction in estimating, scheduling, quality control and commissioning for M/E scopes on select projects; develops budgetary M/E estimates from program/schematic information, conducts bid analysis, coordinates bid process and subcontractor selection, and provides solutions to meet schedules. Role includes developing and reviewing system options, coordinating M/E scopes during bidding, mentoring less experienced colleagues, creating commissioning plans and pre-functional checklists, ensuring quality and timely work, and building client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office, ability to read plans and specifications, experience with BIM and M/E tools, and a strong understanding of Lean processes and value engineering are emphasized; 10+ years of construction management experience preferred; a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.

- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering or related field (Required)
- In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered
