Job Summary
Manage logistics service providers (LSPs) for India overland by evaluating them during tendering, assessing operational capabilities, and auditing hubs. Utilize data-driven metrics like SLAs and KPIs to improve cost efficiency and delivery performance while conducting regular review cycles with LSPs. Perform ageing reports, address deviations proactively, and lead PDCA cycles to eliminate escalations and complaints. Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries, LSP support regarding invoices, and penalty/claims management. Collaborate with network design experts to optimize routes and lead taskforces for change management. Requires 3+ years of LSP management experience, strong data analysis skills in Power BI and Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business, supply chain or economics from a reputable university
- 3+ years of experience in LSP-management and existing network with major LSPs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and ability to think about further growth potentials and mid- and long-term strategies
- Strong understanding of Transport management systems
- Excellent data analysis and hands on experience with power bi and Microsoft excel
