Senior Low Voltage Estimator - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Produce final cost plans and present them to clients for electrical estimates covering Low Voltage B: Telecom, Security, and Audio Visual systems. Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels while assisting with feasibility studies and procurement reports. Manage pre-qualification stages, bid lists, and bid analysis; compile contractual documents and produce monthly post contract cost reports. Participate in post contract cost variances, change control processes, and value engineering negotiations. Maintain liaison with clients and consultants across all project stages and lead cost management teams when necessary. Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and report improvements to cost management procedures to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Low Voltage B experience: Telecom, Security, Audio Visual, etc. (30v and below) on large, high-value construction projects
- College degree in (Electrical) Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field, and/or field-related experience
- Good knowledge of all methods of construction procurement
- Experience with advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Experience with key aspects of business development
- SOX control responsibilities
