Job Summary
Senior LO RCS Analyst to provide technical leadership in radar cross section modeling, simulation, data analysis, and LO design support across advanced development programs. Lead LO design optimization, develop and apply CEM-based models to predict RCS and signature performance, coordinate LO materials evaluation, plan laboratory/range tests, validate simulations with measured data, and prepare technical reports and briefings for internal stakeholders and customers. Requires strong EM/LO experience, experience with CEM tools (SENTRI, XPATCH, CARLOS, HFSS, FEKO), and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in aerospace environments. Boeings COI and export-control compliance applicable; relocation available based on eligibility; U.S. Top Secret clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 9+ of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with low observable materials and technologies
