Job Summary
Senior LO Mission Systems Integration Engineer leads design, integration, analysis, test, and production activities for LO materials, structures, apertures, sensors, and radomes to meet signature reduction and performance requirements. Independently apply CEM solvers (FEKO, HFSS, CST, WIPL-D, xFDTD, etc.) to model antennas, radomes, and LO treatments; drive design optimization and trade studies. Oversees laboratory and field tests (anechoic chamber measurements, RCS), validates simulations with measurements, and provides actionable recommendations to leadership. Develops high-quality technical documentation, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions on schedule and within cost. Requires active Top Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship; relocation eligible per policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications
- 5 years experience working hands-on with LO materials and technologies across integration, design, manufacturing, and/or testing
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship required)
