Job Summary
Design and implement low latency exchange connectivity and trading algorithms, including quoting, hedging, and arbitrage for listed derivatives and delta one products. Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to define operational parameters, develop core C++ applications, and conduct thorough automated testing while engaging in code reviews. Provide tier 3 technical support. This role is based in the Hong Kong office of a top-tier prop trading firm with a global presence, working alongside a high-calibre team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with global development teams
- Good experience operating C++ systems in a Linux environment
- Good knowledge with scripting language (e.g. Python)
Desired Qualifications
- Good market knowledge across Asian exchanges
- Good knowledge on networks (TCP/IP)
- Experience on FPGA development
